Nour Trading Limited provides a nationwide car buying service. We purchase vehicles of all types and conditions, offering collection from your location across the UK. Our service includes vehicle valuation, offer provision, and collection arrangements.

Important: We operate as a collection-only service. Customers should not visit our premises without a pre-arranged appointment.

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle
• Ensure you are the legal owner or have authority to sell
• Provide all necessary documentation (V5C, MOT, service history)
• Allow reasonable access for vehicle inspection
• Ensure the vehicle is available for collection as agreed

• All offers are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle
• Offers may be adjusted based on actual vehicle condition
• You are under no obligation to accept any offer
• Offers are valid for a reasonable period as communicated
• Final sale price is confirmed at the time of collection

Payment terms:

• Payment is made via secure bank transfer
• Payment is processed after vehicle inspection and agreement
• Bank details must be verified before payment
• Payment is typically instant but may take up to 2 hours to appear in your account

• Collection is arranged by appointment only
• We collect from anywhere in the UK
• Reasonable access to the vehicle must be provided
• All keys and documentation must be available at collection
• Collection may be rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
